I cannot see all of my student entries

I have several discussion threads where I am unable to see all of the entries

I know this because my students have shown me on their computers that they can see all of the entires

I need to know how to fix this problem

Without being able to see this first-hand, I recommend reaching out to Canvas Support so that someone can take a look at this further with you.  We here in the Community wouldn't be able to take a look at your discussion setup because we don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question.  You can contact Canvas Support by following the steps in this Guide:
