I have several discussion threads where I am unable to see all of the entries
I know this because my students have shown me on their computers that they can see all of the entires
I need to know how to fix this problem

Without being able to see this first-hand, I recommend reaching out to Canvas Support so that someone can take a look at this further with you. We here in the Community wouldn't be able to take a look at your discussion setup because we don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question.
