Both our live and test environments aren't working in IE 11, i'm guessing this issue is well known by the time the Help desk is taking to connect.
It appears to be an issue caused by the code used for 2 SVG images.

Canvas support have told me that Internet Explorer is no longer supported and gave me this link:

It seems like the bug that has stopped the javascript working in IE is caused by 2 svg images.
