How do I send my module to students with no regular access to Canvas? I made a module for my Master's Degree Program. The module is complete, I just need to get access to the students.. How exactly do I do that??

Please help.. implimentation is in the am. early.

This seems like a similar question to the one you started earlier which I've been helping you with:

If the questions are similar, I'd recommend we keep the conversation going on that other topic rather than having two separate topics / conversations going ... which could be a bit confusing.

Here are the steps I take to let students know that a class is about to begin:

• Create a welcome announcement with information on when class begins, the initial tasks for students, and information on how to be a successful online student. A warm video helps too -- I want my students to see how excited I am to see them. Given what you wrote, @AnneNoble-Custe, I suggest including a link to the module (or the module overview page).
• I schedule the announcement to post at a certain time. You mention that implementation is early, so maybe dawn local time.
• Finally, it is important to publish the course *before* the announcement is scheduled. That way when students receive the email announcement notification they can select that module link and start learning right away.
