If Group Leader submits an assignment --does that grade populate everyone's grade in that Group?

Is there written info someone can share here on this specific part concerning Groups?

I do not think that being a group "Leader" has anything to do with populating grades for the group.  In looking through this Guide, How do I assign a student leader to a group?, I do not see anything referencing grades.
