I just signed up for a Canvas free account. I am trying to import a course from Commons, but I keep getting the error "Complete registration by clicking the “finish the registration process” link sent to your email.". I finished the registration, and even when I go back to that email it says I need to log in because I have already completed registration. This is very frustrating!

Can you provide a link to the course in Canvas Commons or an exact name of the course? With that information, I can attempt to duplicate the problem for you.

The main issue is there are several functions that I click on in my dashboard that are giving me this error message. The problem is that I am being told to confirm registration when I have already done that repeatedly.
