Import using ispring qti file

Hi,
I have a free for teachers account. I have created a qti file via ispring studio V9 (only has one question, as I am testing process). The import is successful to canvas. When I create a quiz, and use question bank as source my question is not seen. I have created a local question bank and asked the import to be placed there but it when looking at the bank it is empty.
In ispring I do this to create a QTI file:
1) Open the quiz you created in iSpring QuizMaker
2) Click Publish
3) Mark Zip output
4) Select LMS and choose the learning standard in the Learning course tab (SCORM 1.2/2004 or xAPI)
5) Click Publish
I use scorm 1.2, and it does have a manifest file can I use scorm 2004?
In Canvas I go to settings, import course content, on the screen I select content type QTI, I select my question bank, only option I have is Overwrite assessment content with matching IDs, this is unticked. click import and it is successful.
But I can not find see my imported question. Could you please advise
