[ARCHIVED] Including test grades in semester total

The students have finished their online exams. The exam has a value of 100 points and is "published".

They were graded automatically, but the grades do not seem to factor into their semester total.

How do I get that to happen?

Hi,  @amorelock . The screenshot that shows the "Midterm Exam - Out of 100" indicates that there are submissions but that those submissions need grading. Was there an essay question on the quiz? If so, that will need to be graded manually before the scores appear and before those scores are shown in the "Midterm Exam" assignment group column in the Gradebook.

Yes, there was one essay question. Those have already been graded. Is there a specific way that I need to mark the essay question so that Canvas recognizes it as being graded?
