As an instructor, when grading student submissions in SpeedGrader, I am able to click View Rubric and use that as a means of grading each rubric item. However, on this particular student submission, I cannot view the rubric. I've emptied cache, hard reloaded/refreshed, but I still cannot View Rubric.

I can see in the Dev Tools that the `display` attribute is being set to `none` for some reason. However, even manually reverting that does not show the rubric.
Steps to reproduce the error
- Navigate to Speed Grader.
- Navigate to this particular student.
- Click View Rubric
This error does not happen with other student submissions for the exact same assignment. If I go to Next or Previous Student and refresh the page, I can view the rubric for any other student.
This hasn't happened in previous semesters, but it has happened for a student or two on numerous assignments this semester, Fall 2025.
