[ARCHIVED] Integration with Salesforce

Our non-profit org is using Canvas for training (training courses) the needy and currently we are working on developing the management system using Salesforce. Internal users should able to see how many courses does each of the client have assigned to and how many have completed, based on this information which is stored on Canvas, we would like to trigger some notifications / alerts to the clients.

Wondering whether there is any documentation on this topic which can help with the implementation.

That answer was " C‌anvas has a robust API (Canvas LMS REST API Documentation), so it can integrate with many applications. We did some integrations here with Salesforce. There's nothing out of the box on either end, so you'll have to program the integrations in-house or hire a service provider to build them for you."

Your Customer Success Manager can help setup these integrations as well if you reach out to them. If you are needing help with setting up such an integration, I would suggest reaching out to the Customer Success Manager to help start that conversation.
