Is there an API or data report that will list items flagged by the accessibility checker?

I manage a sub-account for a larger consortium and would like to know if there is already an API or data report that will list all items flagged by the accessibility checker. I'm interested in the scope of accessibility issues and asking not to use it as a gotcha tool, but for research and proactive training purposes (i.e. ways to format a page without using tables). Ideally, any report would also list reasons the item was flagged.

(Related idea: a report that will list number of images added as "decorative" rather than given appropriate alt-text.) 

If this is not currently an option, I plan to submit it as a feature idea.
