Is there any way to promote an on-campus event with some sort of banner on Canvas? We are looking for new ways to promote our Summit at Indiana University, Bloomington.

I‌ would recommend against using Canvas for the use case you propose, but I'm not in charge of your school, so feel free to ignore me.

A Canvas admin can create a "global announcement". How do I create a global announcement in an account?
