[ARCHIVED] Issues with adding users to Test Environment

I understand that there are two instances orgname.test.instructure.com and orgname.instructure.com. I have added users to test but they are not able to log into test. it is unclear if the password is the same between prod and test. What am I missing?

Hi, Christian,

Make sure you have allowed users access to beta and test. There is an extra setting that needs to be turned on to allow users access to the test environment. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager, who can help you turn on that option!
