Learning Mastery Gradebook

Clicking on Learning Mastery Gradebook results in a spinning wheel that never loads.  I have input Learning Outcomes on all the assessments in Canvas Outcomes, but am not able to benefit from putting all this time in (days!) as this feature that is supposed to allow you to see how the students are mastering each Learning Outcome is not functioning.

Hello @zoeanne_soon !  The first recommendation I can make is to clear your cache on your computer!  Once you clear your cache, please come back and let us know if the problem still exists.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and history multiple times.  Unfortunately, this is a problem across our whole institution, no one at UBC is able to get Learning Mastery Gradebook to work.  Everyone gets the never-ending spinning wheel.

@zoeanne_soon I am so sorry to hear that this is a problem across your site! My next recommendation is to report the problem in the Help menu or reach out to you CSM at Canvas.
