Learning Mastery

I try to use/watch Learning Mastery.
The quiz assignment consists of three different topics (topic1, etc.), each of them is 
some multiple choice questions.
My aim is to see the partial results of topic1 (etc.) per course, per students.
Here is what I tried.

1. topic1 (etc.) Question Banks is created
2. a quiz assignment (multiple choice) is created which consists of three different topics (topic1, etc.)
3. an outcome (outcome1) is created for topic1
4. outcome1 is aligned to topic1
5. a Rubric is created for the quiz
6. outcome1 is added to Rubric
7. there is no Criterion in Rubric

When I click Learning Mastery in Grades I see only the topic1 column without data.
I read a lots of document (in Canvas and elsewhere) but I'm unable to find out what 
I did wrongly.

UPDATE: What a surprise, 1 day later(!) Learning Mastery appeared.

Hello, it looks like you were able to resolve this, is that correct? This is a good starting resource https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-use-the-Learning-Mastery-Gradebook-to-v... (you mentioned you checked some guides but this is when you are starting to set up learning mastery) So you can check the first steps.
