Linking to Media in Media Gallery

How can I link from a page, assignment or module to recordings in the media gallery?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you mean by "Media Gallery"?  I am not familiar with this terminology within Canvas, and so a screenshot would be helpful here.  Also, if you could share any steps you take to view your "Media Gallery", that would also be helpful.  Thanks, and looking forward to hearing back from you soon!

I routinely record or pre-record lectures via Zoom for students to review. These appear within the 'My Media' tab (first screenshot). I then 'Publish' these recordings to the 'Media Gallery' (second screenshot below), which is accessible to students. However, I have not been able to figure out how to add links to these recordings elsewhere in the class. These recordings do not show up when I try to embed media in the rich text editor.

Thank you for sharing those screenshots.  The interface you've shown here isn't anything I've seen that is native to Canvas.  My guess is that your school has chosen to integrate a third-party video/media storage solution into Canvas.  Unfortunately, I cannot tell what that integration may be called.  You may need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator at the University of Alaska Fairbanks to inquire more about this integration and if you will be able to add any videos from your "Media Gallery" into content pages within your course.  They should be able to help you troubleshoot this more.  Good luck!
