How can I download the list of signed up students in groups in a tab delimited or comma separated file?

Hello @VasileiosGkinis, 

You can use the group Import feature to get a CSV download of the students and the groups they are assigned to when you download the course roster.  The group_name column will be empty for students that aren't assigned to a group, but it will include the group_name if they are currently assigned to a group.

You will need to do the following:

• Go the Canvas Course
• Go to People
• Click the Group Set tab from which you want to get the list of groups and students
• There will be an Import button above the list of groups in the Group Set
