Why do some students say that the assignment is locked?

Hi,  @beth_winkleman . There could be a few reasons so first I have some questions. Are the assignments located within modules? If so, what are the settings for this module and the ones before this one? What are the "Assign To" settings for the assignment? What does the assignment look like when you attempt to view it in Student View?
