Math Graphing in Quizzes with Lockdown Browser

Our math teachers are looking for a tool that will allow them to have students input data into a data table OR we give them a data table and then they go through to necessary steps to turn it into a graph from the data. We currently do all of this in Excel... and we can do this by having them submit Excel files to us in Canvas---we just would love for this to be within giving a quiz in lockdown browser.
Does anyone know of a way to do this or an LTI Tool that would allow this functionality?
