Hello,
Multiple students have reported issues when trying to access an assignment. This assignment is an MS 365 Cloud Assignment. The error message: "An error occurred, please try again." Click "Load" to load your Cloud Assignment".
The students are logged into their Microsoft accounts. Clicking Load does not resolve the issue.
Had the students clear cache to no avail.
Any ideas would be welcomed.
