Missing Toolbar Options

I am running into an issue  on my user page. There are no buttons to add and record in the toolbar. When I click on the add videos button center screen the add video box opens , however no options are there to browse files for upload. I am using Windows 10 and accessing my page through Firefox. Is this a setting issue that I might be able to fix or a system administrator level problem? Thanks!

Could you please try clearing your cache using this guide to see if that helps?

You can also try another browser. If you are still experiencing this issue you may want to reach out to Canvas support and provide a link to that assignment so we can look into this for you.
