All other students "Submit" button works fine, but not his??? What is going on?

I'm sorry that your student is having trouble submitting an assignment, @DanaWheeler121. When I encounter situations like this that affect only one student but not others, I like to refer them to my institution's tech support team.

I have also been having this issue with a few students but not all of them. I also would like an actual fix because I don't have a "tech support team" at my school.
From my experience, if something is working for most students but not all, it's usually because of the browser. Outdated browsers can cause issues like this, but sometimes it will even happen with an updated browser (usually Safari).
Step one in troubleshooting is to have the students make sure their browser is updated, and if it is, try using a different browser and see if that resolves the issue for them.
I don't think it is a browser issue since they are using the app on an iPad.
