With all the remote instruction that we have all gone to, quickly in some cases, I wonder how other's are making sure students that need additional time are getting that.
When the exam is open for an extended period like a week and students have a 60 minute time limit once they start the exam, all works well to use the Moderate this exam and give students additional time.
When faculty want to give that exam for a short window mimicking the in class scenario we are finding that they should only set the available from and until dates. No moderation and No time limit. The moderating and time limit are set within the Assign to windows so no need for moderate or a time limit of 60 minutes. When you turn on all three Canvas just looks at the time limit it appears.
