Multiple Text Submission on same assignment different days

Is it possible to have the students submit more than 1 TEXT submission to the same assignment?

I am wanting to have the students submit a journal each day and be able to see "Sam" uploaded 27 journal text entries during a specific date frame. 

If not, any ideas on how best to do this?

Hi Kayla,

As long at the assignment is available, students can continue adding new text entry submissions.  However, they will only be able to see/get feedback on their most recent submission.

You as the instructor will be able to see all of their submissions, though SpeedGrader.  There's a little more information about viewing submission details athttps://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13088-415255024 .  You can view and select between all that student's submissions from the "Submission to view" pull-down menu:
