Multiple Tooltips on an Image

Greetings, 

I'm trying to create an image with multiple hover or clickable tooltips that pop up on the image. I've gotten it set up to the point where it will scroll me up and down the page, but not hide the tooltips they haven't clicked on, and not popping up on top of the image. 

Normally, I would set this up in Genially, Canva, or even Google Slides, but the company I work with goes into multiple schools. Some have those previous sites open and some of have them blocked, so we're trying to build as much interactivity into Canvas itself. 

I feel like I'm soo close, and just missing something silly. Is there anything I can do to get it to get it to work? 

I am a teacher in the course, but as part of the innovator team I have the ear of the admins if there is something they need to do.

Just curious, how do the tooltips render on mobile screens?

I'm not sure. I can't even get them to render native in Canvas yet, much less try to get them to render on the mobile version.
