sorry you are having problems with MyLab and Mastering.
First, you should never publish access codes to anything you are using - that allows someone else to actually use it.
Second, someone here that uses MyLab and Mastering may be able to help you, but this forum is for answering questions about Canvas issues (which in a sense is what you are having). It would be best to contact Pearson and see if they can help you with the issue. It seems strange to me that it was working and now it does not.
You may also want to contact your instructor to find out if they can help with resolving the issue you are having.
