[ARCHIVED] New Quizzes direct share problems

We have several tachers experince problems direct sharing new quizzes. They cant see the qustions when exporting. When I do it as admin i does work. Do you have a work around?

Hi @linus_osterholm 

You can have the teachers try to duplicate the original quiz, and then do a direct share using the duplicate as this could be an issue with the quiz itself. 

If they continue to have issues I would recommend reaching out to Canvas Support so they can investigate it further.

I have also seen this as a problem when copying new quizzes from one course to another. My support call included this solution:

"I have seen this behavior be resolved by duplicating the quiz in the original course, then copy the duplicate into the course you are trying to copy the quiz into."
