Only hand-grade a quiz question if it's wrong?

Is it possible to have a question be auto-graded if it's correct, but then reviewed/graded by me if it's wrong? It would be great for students who pass to just get instant feedback and be finished, but I want to give more specific/constructive feedback to students who get the question wrong so that they can try again.

The question we're considering is based on asking students to use keywords and search strategies in a database. The question would ask them how many search results they retrieved and there would be a follow up question where they'd put a link to the results page. If they get it right, they're good to go. If they get it wrong, we'd click on the link to see their search results and give feedback on what to fix so that they can try again.

Is this possible?
