I have completed 9.11 TNT 601 PPR Review and am wanting to take the PPR exam. Am I able to take the exam now and if so can I be released to do so. My school district is wanting me to take the exam since I already have a position.

I think that in your case you will need to reach out to either your instructor or your institution's admin. 

You could use the Inbox feature built into Canvas to contact your instructor.
