Hello @DhruvNalakurthi ...

Are you typing in the characters into that text box?  Or, are you copying/pasting the characters into the textbox?  I ask, because if you are typing the characters in, the final character "l" can look like either of the following:

• upper case letter "i" as in "Iguana"
• lower case letter "L" as in "lizzard"

Have you tried either of those?
