Unfortunately, most people here in the Canvas Community would not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question. We only have access to our own school Canvas environment. I think it would be best that you reach out to someone at your school such as a Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department. They should be able to help you figure out what may have happened to the course(s) you are looking for under "Past Enrollments". I hope this will be of some help to you. Good luck!
