Hello,

My name is Jocelyn and I went from a student to an instructor in CANVAS. Due to this change, I have been trying to change my picture and it gets stuck after I press save. If I try to change it on the app, it says the file exceed the size quota. Can anyone help me?

Hi  @jbarnes2 , I'm sorry for the delay in answering you here! Were you able to find a solution to this issue? If not, it sounds like the size of the image file is causing the failure to upload on your desktop. Please let us know if we can assist you with this or anything else.
