[ARCHIVED] Please help me restore all the content to my course

Hello, I restored my course not realising it would delete all my content. Is there a way I can get it back? I spent month creating it and all I wanted to do was run the course again with a different cohort of students in a weeks time. Please help!

 @eimear_nolan ‌, first, check in the beta and test instances to see if a version of the course still exists; if it does, you will be able to export the course content to an .imscc file that you can then use to recreate the content in the live environment. If that doesn't work, check with your local Canvas admin to see if they are able to restore the course content lost in the reset, and if they cannot, ask the admin to escalate your case to Canvas Support.
