Hoping someone can help. Having problems with any of the pop-out windows eg
Insert > Link > Course Link
Insert > Document > Course Document
The pop-out windows comes out then goes straight back again. When you do it for a second time it stays.
it is most bizarre behaviour and same on different browsers and for different users. We have some custom CSS on the course and wonder if it is linked to this but very unusual behaviour indeed:

I saw a different thread about this last week some time of people reporting the same issue. I, too, was able to replicate this in my own sandbox course. I'd suggest reporting this to Canvas Support so they can log it. Chances are, they already know about this, so you'd be added to their existing tickets and updated if/when a fix is released.
How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?

This is more for those that are still experiencing the issue...please use the link I provided in my earlier response to report this to the Help Desk staff so they can add those folks to the existing issue. In checking with one of the Community Managers, multiple reports help the engineering team a lot as they work towards a fix for this. Thanks!

Now over 2 weeks since I reported this and still happening. No mention of any fix.
The problem is incredibly irritating and not something that is helping people use Canvas - come on team, please sort it out!!!
