Powerschool SIS Error

I keep getting these two errors when I try to sync Canvas to PowerSchool.  What am I doing wrong?

Some things to check:

1) Is the teacher of record present in the course? I ask because if the teacher of record has left, but it hasn't changed in PS and they get removed from the course, then grade sync can be a little wonky. Make sure that the teacher of record stays in the course. 

2) Is the teacher of record correct in PowerSchool?

Additionally have you reported this to your Canvas Admin? They can help with the issue by checking your account and making sure that looks right and/or put in a SIS ticket for you to contact Canvas support about this error.

Based on the second message it looks like something is wrong with getting the Integration ID, which bridges the gap between PowerSchool and Canvas.

Lesson 16 exit ticket synced with PS amazing.  So I try to sync lesson 17 exit ticket and I get this error. Yes, admin is aware our rep is aware but no one can tell us why it is not syncing correctly.

Let me know if you've tried the following:

1) Remaster Grade Passback

2) Reset Integration Data (your admin would've done this)

@ColleenCroy Also, totally forgot to ask, is this assignment by any chance differentiated? As in, not all students get this assignment? I'm assuming not, since it's an exit ticket 🙂
