I have updated Chrom on my laptop. I still cannot take the test. any suggestions?

We here in the Canvas Community are not able to access your course(s) or your test within your school's Canvas environment. If you have tried downloading/updating to Chrome's latest version, and that isn't working for you, you could also try downloading the latest version of Mozilla Firefox ... as this browser also works well when navigating around Canvas. Since Community members cannot see your test, it is hard for us to know the contents of what is in the test and if anything would be preventing you from seeing things properly. Ultimately, you might need to have a conversation with your instructor about this. How do I get help with Canvas as a student? You could also use the information in this Guide that I linked to and contact Canvas Support. They may be able to log into your course and help you figure out what possible issues might be going on with the test.
