Problems Viewing Feedback

I'm having a problem viewing feedback from my professor who swears it's there. I can see comments and feedbacks on other assignments but on this specific assignment, I cannot find anywhere to click or comments present on my post. I submitted it as a free text directly to the assignment as opposed to a word document so perhaps that has something to do with it. But I messaged my professor several times and he confirms he can see it on his end 3 times. How can I get help on finding this feedback?
