Problems with Students populating into Ed Puzzle assignments

I have been having issues with students accessing the Edpuzzle assignment through canvas.  When they click on the assignment it gives the "Opps, sorry something went wrong" screen.  I don't see them as a student on the assignment when I look at the assignment, but when I check students through the EdPuzzle app in Canvas they are listed there.  I'm not sure how to fix this, as it happens with very few students in each class.  Thanks for any advice!
