Quizzes.next Migration Shows Classic Quiz Question Group in Preview Mode

It is my understanding that when migrating a classic quiz to quizzes.next, questions that were in a Question Group do not migrate. However, when I do this, using the Migrate tool in a single quiz, I do see the questions when I preview the quiz. Is this expected behavior?

When I edit the new quiz (on the Build tab), I do not see the questions. It says it is pulling 10 questions randomly from a bank but that bank does not exist in my Item Banks. All of that is working as expected (I think). But when I preview the quiz, those questions show up. So where are the questions coming from?? Has anyone else experienced this?

I've seen this as well several months ago when playing around.  What I think is happening is that the New Quiz is pull questions from the Question Bank in old quizzes.  I couldn't find a way to get it to import fully into New Quizzes.  The quiz as you see it may work right now, but since it's pull from the Old Quizzes Question bank, I assume that when old quizzes go away that quiz will suddenly stop working correctly.

I am having the exact same problem. Interestingly, the new question set that is created (that I can't find) has a name that is different than any old quiz question set.
