I have a class that has two "Midterm" exams and a final, worth 100pts, 100pnts & 150pts respectively. Only in cases where this helps the student, I want to set up the grade book to replace the lowest "midterm" exam grade with the final (percentage score). How do I do this?

Hi @jthomas7106 Welcome to the Canvas Community!
The easiest way I can think of to accomplish the idea of replace the 2nd midterm with the final if it helps is if all 3 assignments are in the same Assignment Group and you ignore(drop) the lowest 1 score so that only 2 of the assignments count for the student (the best two!).
How do I add an assignment group in a course?
How do I create rules for an assignment group?
For more on how the ignore lowest score works, see this explanation on how drop lowest is calculated.
Hope this advice helps,
Cheers - Shar
