No option to report a problem and im unable to see courses or the calendar of my child..? Suggestions?

The support options that display on an observer's Help menu are provided by the school in which your child is enrolled. If you'd like to contact them directly for additional assistance, this page might provide a good starting point: New Braunfels ISD
