Retaking ungraded surveys and getting credit every time

I have a graded survey I would like students to take 12 times over the course of the term.

I know I can essentially "copy and paste" the ungraded survey into the course 12 times  but the most elegant (easiest!) way would be to allow the student to take the same quiz 12 times and then have Canvas record the answers and score each time.

Is that even possible? Or shall I be relegated to copying and pasting?

 @kimberly_choo , greetings, if you want the students to get a grade for each of the 12 quiz survey attempts, then you would need to create (duplicate) the quiz 12 times so that there were 12 unique quizzes.

Thanks, Kona, that's what I've been doing. Since I want each quiz to be taken in succession, only when the previous module's quiz has been completed, I created 12 separate modules and put a copy of the quiz in each one -- except it wouldn't let me copy to Modules 10, 11, or 12! I had to copy into a separate module and then drag the quiz into the correct module. It's nice to have the drag-and-drop feature, but it would be nice if  I could just 'plop' it in the right place to start with.  😕
