[ARCHIVED] Rich Content Editor in New Quizzes

Why isn't RCE available in certain fields while creating New Quizzes?

I want to be able to use special characters/symbols/math notation/superscripts/subscripts in drop down answer choices, but it is not showing up as an option.

Same! This seems like a pretty important part of building a quiz, right? A total game changer for any math/science instructors to be sure.
