How do I set the role of a user at the Organization-level and not just at the course-level teacher? This person would like to see the Commons but the link is not an option for them.

Hi @John73 

Except for Account Level Roles, all roles in Canvas are set at the course level. If you have, for some strange reason, restricted teachers from accessing Canvas Commons, you will need to give this teacher an account level role - this will not change any of their assigned course-level roles.
