1. There isn't built in feature to print rubrics but you should be able to file - print your rubrics when you have them open using your internet browser. There's also extensions and screenshots and other options as discussed before:

2. If there are two teachers in the course - are they both needing to fill out rubrics and give individual grades for the student? Or are they combining them? Or one grades the rubric and the other leaves comments? There is really only one rubric per assignment submission to be filled out for student grades. Any teacher can leave assignment comments without overwriting other comments, but there is only one rubric for each submission. You'd need the second rubric simply filled out elsewhere on canvas (fake assignment) or externally like Google Docs, or manually and messaged to the student separate? You could also consider having the second teacher fill out their version of the rubric - screenshot it- and leave it as a comment for the student in Speedgrader in addition to their real "grade" rubric. Hopefully this helps.
