Rubrics look different today - the range of points for a criteria is gone

I create a rubric with a range of points for each criteria, then the ranges vanish when I save the rubric. This hasn't happened in the past. Please see the attachments. I've use rubrics for years and I don't know if I changed a setting somewhere.

If you want to use your values of 5, 3, and 0, you'll need to uncheck that first option to use free-form comments.  Hope this helps!
