We have an issue where all of our SCORM integrations are no longer working. Due to Vector solutions and other vendors having an intellectual property we are unable to share those files with Instructure. This is happening for all SCORM added assignments/modules. So i don't believe this to be a vendor specific issue.
Our team was just looking at this sandbox course last week. We needed to update some of those packages in the future for 2025 Mandates. We successfully tested new and existing uploads.
A student reported an issue this morning and we noticed that both the Production course and Sandbox currently have no packages within the SCORM page.
I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the Developer Key update from 4/9/2025 https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Releases/Canvas-Deploy-Notes-2025-04-09/ta-p/638481
Our SCORM packages within Workday are all working correctly with no issues.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
