Sessions not getting saved as complete

I am having issues with one of my courses not saving my completed sessions as complete. For example, Module 1, sessions 2 and 3 to be exact, anytime I log out and back in, the system un-checks, or makes it appear I have NOT completed sessions 2 and 3 in Module 1, not allowing me to continue on with Module 2. 

  If I let session 2 and 3 play (again and again), I can move on to Module 2 and everything works just fine, until I log out again... then session 2 and 3 in Module 1 show they are incomplete again...

  Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Canvas Community.  This is a public discussion board for Canvas users from different schools all over the world, so we have no information about or access to any of your courses.

From your description, it sounds like your instructor is linking to some kind of resource outside of Canvas.  You might try logging in with a different web browser to see if you see the same behavior.  Otherwise, you'll want to contact your instructor or Canvas Support at your school, who can look at the course materials and investigate what might be going on.
