[ARCHIVED] Simple assessment on a page?

I want to add a "Was this page useful" assessment to each Page in a module. Is this possible? Or does assessment have to be standalone? Thanks!

If you want to collect information like this for your assessment, you might want to consider created an ungraded survey in your course...but you'd have to create a survey for each assignment that you wanted to get this kind of feedback on.  Assignments, by design, do not allow you to get feedback on them.  How do I create a survey in my course?
