Students Took a Quiz but it doesn't show up in Moderate or Gradebook

Hello, I created a New Quiz from scratch. The dates were set up correctly, and I gave the students a code.  No one had issues taking the quiz, and I saw them taking the quiz in GoGuardian and saw some of them cheating, too.  The student results are not in the Moderate tab, nor do they show up in the grade book or in Speedgrader.  When I go to settings, it tells me that students have already attempted the test.  Yet, in Moderate, there have been no attempts.  I am not new to Canvas; I know my way around, and all settings are correct:

The correct assignment group is selected

"Include this assignment's grades when syncing to your school's Student Information System" is selected

It is published (students saw it and took it)

It is assigned to Everyone in the section

Dates and times are appropriate for the window of the test:

Due date 10/9/24 at 11:59 pm

Available from 10/9/24 12am

Until 10/11/24 11:59 PM

Hello @kouribk, 

This one sounds like it needs to be elevated directly to Canvas Support. This is something the engineers will likely need to look into. Please share back whatever you learn though.
