Help to solve the mystery of the missing Submit button!

That mischievous little button appears for everyone else - just not little Jane Doe! Is he playing hide and seek? Has he lost his way to her assignment?

Wherever could he be??

I have a student for whom the submit button does not show up on her assignments. It shows up for everyone else - she is in the Chrome browser, her stats are set correctly, the assignment is set correctly. Please advise me as to how I can help her!

This is hard to trouble-shoot from a distance; and while helpful, we really are not Canvas Support. I'll throw a couple of things out the window and see if they fly.............

• Is her instance of Chrome current? Which browsers does Canvas support? 
• Is the assignment still open per the "Available until" date? How do I add or edit details in an assignment? 
• Was she excluded based on assigning the assignment to a specific group or section she is not part of? How do I assign an assignment to a course section? , How do I assign an assignment to a course group? 

Beyond those, I would strongly suggest submitting a Support ticket https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12877-4152719652?sr=search&searchId=a90ed689-57ff-4377-a274... 

Let us know how this plays out. It could be very useful to others.

I have the exact same problem. Although the heading says "FIle Upload", the Start Assignment button is missing. For some students, it works if they open the assignment in another browser, but for some it just doesn't. These are school devices so the specs are all the same.
